This organization has a free clinic and has an initiative called Neighborhood Health Outreach. Neighborhood Health Outreach occurs the second Saturday of every month from 12pm-3:30pm. Services include dental screenings, physical therapy, breast exams, pregnancy testing, health education, diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol screenings, vision screenings and glasses, 12-step support, and much more. This clinic offers health services to individuals living in poverty or homelessness. This clinic takes most insurances including Medicare and BadgerCare HMOs as well as Medical Assistance. If a patient does not have insurance, the social worker on staff helps the patient obtain insurance or financial assistance to pay for medical expenses. Saturday Clinic for the Uninsured

This clinic is a program between the Medical College of Wisconsin and Ascension Columbia St. Mary's. The clinic is led by medical students and volunteer physicians. St. Mary's Seton Pharmacy also fills prescriptions at discounted rates for the patients. Care is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
