BABY BOUTIQUE ASSISTANT
Become a boutique assistant to help organize items, display baby products, take inventory of donations, and change out seasonal clothing!
As a Tutor, you would work 1:1 with residents to complete their educational goals and homework.
Help us with the general upkeep of our facility by cleaning common areas, weeding garden beds, or organizing materials both inside the office and out in the garage.
As a Church Liaison, you would be our primary contact at your congregation. Your job would be to pass information along to members of your congregation, make appropriate announcements in church, or organize a team from your congregation to assist New Beginnings. Should New Beginnings need assistance with projects, fundraising, or spreading the word about upcoming events, the Church Liaison would function as the point of contact for New Beginnings.
The mothers require transportation to and from work, school, and church, and the children require transportation to and from daycare and other activities. Help our residents avoid relying on buses and taxi services and provide rides in your own vehicles as you are able!
Spend some time cuddling babies and playing with toddlers while our resident mothers are busy with their educational and work activities.
EVENTS & FUNDRAISING
Are you able to host a fundraiser to support the work we do at New Beginnings? Or, are you simply interested in helping with our existing events? We would love to have you!
NEW RESIDENT MENTOR
Help our newest residents settle in and adjust to life at New Beginnings. Check in with them on a regular basis, connect them with appropriate staff members as needed, and provide them with encouragement as they take on their new environment and life circumstances as a new mother.
CHANGE FOR LIFE FUNDRAISING HELP
Help New Beginnings with their biggest fundraiser. This would involve making phone calls to the WELS and ELS churches across the U.S.; filling orders by gathering the materials, boxing them up, filling out paper or online orders, and updating information. Knowledge of computers, the Internet, and Excel would be helpful but not required.
